What is included in each plan?
Go, Plus and Pro include premium AI models, deep research, AI spreadsheets, voice input and image generation. The main difference is the credits included each period, so you can choose the capacity that fits your work.
How do credits work?
AI features use credits based on actual usage. Consumption depends on your model, input, output and tools. View your balance and usage history on the Usage page. Included plan credits are used before extra credits.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
Included credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over on normal renewal. After a successful paid upgrade, your remaining plan credits stay available until the new period ends.
Will I be charged automatically if I run out?
There are no automatic top-ups. Active paid members can buy prepaid Extra usage credits and explicitly enable them. Extra usage is off by default and is used only after your included allowance runs out.
Can I upgrade or cancel my plan?
Your subscription page shows eligible upgrades. An upgrade charges the full new plan price and starts a new period, without proration. Same-price purchases and downgrades wait until the current period ends. Cancel card renewal anytime and keep your paid access until the period ends.
How can I pay? Are yearly plans available?
Web plans are currently monthly only. Cards use automatic monthly renewal through Stripe. Alipay and WeChat Pay buy one month without automatic renewal. Available payment methods and the final total are shown at checkout.
Where can I view usage, bills and invoices?
The Usage page shows your plan, credit balance and usage history. For automatically renewing card subscriptions, open billing management from the subscription page to view invoices and manage payment methods.
